By downloading or using BriefTube AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must sign in with Apple or Google to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited.

• Free accounts receive 50 credits upon registration.
• Pro and Power subscriptions provide monthly credits and additional features.
• Credits are consumed for AI analysis (summaries, insights, Q&A). Costs are shown before each action.
• Credit packs are available to subscribers only.
• Unused monthly credits carry over.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial use of the current billing period.
• All purchases are final. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

BriefTube AI uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and analysis of video content. Such content:

• May contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
• Does not constitute professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).
• Should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.
• Reflects the AI's interpretation, not our official views.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Video content summarized by BriefTube AI belongs to the original creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. BriefTube AI is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. AI summaries are generated from publicly available transcripts for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
• Redistribute or sell AI-generated summaries commercially.
• Use the app to scrape or aggregate content at scale.

The BriefTube AI app, brand, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. AI-generated summaries are provided for your personal use only.

BriefTube AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
