BriefTubeAI provides AI-powered summarization services for YouTube videos. Users can generate summaries by providing YouTube URLs, with the option to customize prompts for tailored results.
3. Credit System and Payments
Credits: Our service operates on a credit-based system where each video summary costs 1 credit.
Credit Packages: Credits are sold in packages at various price points. The number of credits and pricing for each package are displayed on our pricing page.
Non-Refundable Credits: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
4. User Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We store your summary history, video metadata, and account information to provide our service. This data is associated with your account and accessible through your dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service to process content you do not have the right to access
- Attempt to circumvent the credit system or exploit the service
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The summaries generated by our AI are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the generated content.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. However, you grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.
Our service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
